Journey

1. Vineyard and hand harvest

   Grapes are picked by hand into small crates in September and October.

2. Fermentation and ageing

   Reds age 12 to 18 months in French oak barrels, a third of them new.

3. Bottling at the estate

   A mobile bottling line comes to the château; corks are natural.
